Hello! My name is Amanda Fulmer. I am a local REALTOR in Habersham County. I work with home buyers and sellers as well as investors who are looking to purchase or sell property in the Northeast Georgia Mountains. I am a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure agent and I can be a wonderful resource in your time of need. 

I am passionate about Habersham county and it's community of wonderful residents. I am a wife, mother, REALTOR, real estate investor and entrepreneur. I am very active in the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Habersham County Rotary Club. 

I am also the creator of Wealthy Kids Academy, an online course platform that gives parents the resources to teach their children financial literacy.
